Setting up the theme

• Download the installer for Node.js 6 or greater.
• Install the ionic CLI globally: npm install -g ionic
• Run npm install from the project root.
• Run ionic serve in a terminal from the project root.

For build PWA, follow these Steps:

• un-comment this code to enable service worker
• Run npm run ionic:build --prod
• Push the www folder to your hosting service
